On August 18th, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc and National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan paid tribute to President Ho Chi Minh at his temple on Ba Vi Mountain, Hanoi on the occasion of 74th anniversary of August Revolution and the 50 years of implementing President Ho Chi Minh's Testament.

Uncle Ho temple was built on the highest peak of Ba Vi mountain range at the latitude of 1,296 meters.

Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc, National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan, former Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Sinh Hung and other leaders warmly offered incense to commemorate the great merits of President Ho Chi Minh – the great leader of the Party and State.

Half a century ago (at 9:47 on September 2nd, 1969), President Ho Chi Minh took his last breath. Before going away, he left the sacred testament, a priceless spiritual property, which is the heartfelt words and feelings, deep faith sent back to future generations.

In front of the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc and National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan on behalf of the entire Party, the whole people and the whole army, promised to continue uniting in one heart; promoting studying and following his thoughts, ethics, style; fostering national beliefs and aspirations; realizing the vision of the country's development in 2030; celebrating the 100th founding anniversary of the Party and the vision of 2045, the 100th founding anniversary of the country and building a prosperous and powerful Vietnam.

Also on this occasion, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc and National Assembly Chaiworman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan presented scholarships to students in 16 communes in Ba Vi National Park buffer zone./.
