Patriotic emulation movements in the northern province of Hoa Binh have contributed to achieving important results over the past 5 years.

So said Party Central Committee and Vice State President Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh during her attendance at Hoa Binh province’s 5th patriotism emulation congress, term 2020-2025, held on September 22.
According to Ms Thinh, since the movement on building new-style rural areas, over 43% of the province’s communes and 2 districts have met the standards of the program, leading northwestern localities in realizing the program.
She urged the province to continue to effectively realize the Party guidelines and State policies on emulation and rewards, in connection with studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style; and to widely carry out emulation movements in accordance with the targets and tasks in the next period, while expanding good models in society.
During the congress, the Vice State President presented 200 scholarships to poor pupils with excellent academic results./.
