Party, State leaders pay homage to President Ho Chi Minh

Party and State leaders and former leaders on February 3rd laid a wreath and paid homage to President Ho Chi Minh at his mausoleum on the occasion of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV)’s 90th anniversary (February 3rd).

The delegation included Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc; National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan; former Party General Secretary Nong Duc Manh; former State Presidents Tran Duc Luong and Nguyen Minh Triet; former Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung; former NA Chairmen Nguyen Van An and Nguyen Sinh Hung; President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Tran Thanh Man; Politburo members and Party Central Committee Secretaries; and former Politburo members and former Party Central Committee Secretaries.

They showed their endless gratitude for the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh to the glorious revolutionary process of the Party and nation.

They also commemorated martyrs at the memorial and expressed their remembrance for those who sacrificed their lives for the national liberation and unification, for the independence and freedom as well as people’s happiness.

On the same day, delegations from the Ministries of National Defence, Public Security and Hanoi paid homage to President Ho Chi Minh and burned incense to commemorate heroic martyrs./.
