The 12th Party Central Committee entered the second day of working in Hanoi on May 6th.

In the morning, the Central Committee discussed the project on completing institutions of the socialist-oriented market economy.
Politburo member and Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc on behalf the Politburo chaired the session.
In the afternoon, the Central Committee worked in groups to discuss the project on the rearrangement, reform and efficiency improvement of State-owned enterprises./.
