100 free performances by Youth Theatre of Vietnam in 2017

To bring stage arts to the community, the Youth Theatre of Vietnam will coordinate with the Saigon Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank to continue the implementation of 100 free performances at localities nationwide to serve up to 100,000 audiences.
This is the third consecutive year that the Youth Theatre of Vietnam has implemented the project on performances, plays and children scenes, with a focus on introducing famous works by Luu Quang Vu recently staged by the theatre.

During Tet and Spring 2017, the theatre put on a performance tour in southwestern Vietnam, serving more than 10,000 viewers in Can Tho city and the provinces of Soc Trang, Ca Mau, Kien Giang, An Giang, Dong Thap and Long An.
On the occasion of the International Women’s Day, the theatre presented 1,500 tickets on the play on crying men to audiences in Hanoi. With the theme of love - marriage and family happiness, the play addressed family issues in modern society when men perform important functions traditionally done by women.
Plays were staged at the Youth Cinema at No.11 Ngo Thi Nham street, Hanoi on March 2nd and 3rd./.
