223 artworks on Vietnam’s sea and islands on display

223 artworks, among 5,291 ones to the artistic photo contest on Vietnam’s sea and islands, are on display at an exhibition which opened in Ninh Binh province on April 2nd.

Cutting ribbon to open the exhibition 

The contest, from June to November 2018, drew the participation of 900 photographers from 60 provinces and cities.

The exhibition contributes to strengthening the education of revolutionary traditions, further enhancing the love of the homeland, the country, national pride, and sense of responsibility for the sea and islands of every Vietnamese person.

The event is held by the Party Central Committee’s Commission of Popularization and Education in coordination with the northern Ninh Binh provincial Party Committee, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists.

It will run until April 7th./.
