Construction of temple dedicated to Hung Kings in Can Tho starts

The construction of a temple dedicated to Hung Kings started on June 18th in Binh Thuy district, the southern city of Can Tho in the presence of National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan.

The work will be built on an area of approximately 4ha and costs VND129 billion funded by Van Phu Invest JSC. It will serve the practice of worshipping Hung Kings and also work as a tourist destination in the locality.

The construction aims to express the deep gratitude to the predecessors who set up and protected the country. The temple also meets the aspirations of local people in Can Tho and in the Mekong Delta provinces in practicing the worship of Hung Kings.
It is expected to be completed in late 2020./.
