The Ministry of Information and Communications on November 21st held an award ceremony for the contest of journalistic works themed “Vietnam - International integration process”.

The contest aims to popularize the Party and State’s policies on international integration; ASEAN common community and the 20th anniversary of Vietnam joining ASEAN; activities in ASEAN in different fields; free trade agreements signed in the 2015-2016 period such as the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) and the Vietnam-Eurasian Customs Union Free Trade Agreement.
It also popularizes Vietnam’s image, people and culture, as well as its achievements in renovation and international integration.
From October 14th, 2016, to May 30th, 2017, organizers have received 121 works by 88 authors and groups of authors, and 27 units.
The Jury board finally presented two first prizes, two second prizes, three third prizes, 10 consolation prizes and three prizes to units having many entries./.
