Discovering Japanese and Vietnamese cuisine in Hanoi

A festival highlighting Vietnam and Japan cuisine will take place at No.26 Ly Thai To street, Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi, from March 23rd to 25th.

This is an activity in the framework of the Japanese Cultural Exchange Festival 2018 to be held the Hanoi Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center to mark the 45th anniversary of Vietnam - Japan diplomatic ties.

Accordingly, there will be ten booths for the Japanese Embassy in Vietnam to introduce its special cuisine such as ramen, soba ramen, yakisoba ramen, takoyaki cake, and sushi, among others. There will be ten booths for Hanoi to introduce special cuisine from Vietnam such as pho, bun thang, nem ran, banh cuon.

A number of cultural, sports and traditional art exchange programs will be held, along with events to promote bilateral trade cooperation.

There will be art performances such as Ca Tru and Xam singing by artists from Hanoi./.
