Diverse cultural activities to welcome New Year 2017

Hanoi city People’s Committee has promulgated a plan on the dissemination and decoration on streets in Hanoi and organization of culture, arts and sports activities to welcome New Year 2017, the lunar New Year and the 87th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
Accordingly, the city will organize artistic performance before My Dinh National Stadium, the count-down program at Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc and August Revolution squares, program to welcome spring 2017 before Thong Nhat Park, and other programs to welcome the New Year.

To celebrate the 87th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam, there will be exhibitions to introduce the history and tradition of the Party. Historical, revolutionary and cultural relics will be open to tourists.
Art performances will take place at public places in localities to serve people./.
