Exhibition on Con Dao relics and landscape in Vinh Long province

More than 100 photos and documents on Con Dao relics and landscape are on display at an exhibition which opened in the southern province of Vinh Long on May 7th.

The event aims to introduce the public to the great history of Con Dao prison relic, the history of fighting in the largest and oldest prison in the prison system under the old and new colonial regime for revolutionary soldiers; and educate the young generations and students the patriotism and tradition of the revolutionary struggle of the previous generation, and construction and development of Con Dao at present as a relics and potential landscapes in the region.

The exhibition will run until mid August 2019 to create conditions for local people, students and tourists to study historical values through valuable documents and photos on the prison./.
