The festival took place on September 22nd in Tu Le commune, Van Chan district, the northern mountainous province of Yen Bai, attracting many locals and visitors.

It has contributed to honoring the traditional cultural values of Thai ethnic minority people, contributing to preserving the traditional customs and culture of the local people. This is also an opportunity to encourage Thai people and the locality to maintain and expand the Tan Tu Le sticky rice cultivation area, improving the economic life for the people.

The event was in the frame work of the festival of Muong Lo culture and tourism and Mu Cang Chai terraced fields that is taking from September 20th to 25th.
