Female NA deputies on display

Nearly 200 photos and objects on female National Assembly (NA) deputies are on display at an exhibition which opened in Ho Chi Minh city on October 18th.

The exhibition is being held by Ho Chi Minh city Department of Culture and Sports in coordination with the Southern Women’s Museum to celebrate the 70th anniversary of NA, the 86th founding anniversary of Vietnamese Women’s Union (October 20th) and the 11th Vietnam Cultural Heritage Day (November 23rd).

The exhibition is divided into two parts. The first part is about female NA deputies in the struggles against the France and the U.S from 1946 to 1975. It introduces photos, objects and documents of female NA deputies, especially ten ones in the first tenure. WhiletThe second is female NA deputies with national construction and renovation.

It displays 131 photos, documents and objects on female NA deputies over the past 70 years./.
