Fireworks displays on lunar New Year’s Eve 2019

Fireworks displays will be held in many provinces and cities nationwide on lunar New Year’s Eve 2019, which falls on 00h00 on February 5th.

Accordingly, Hanoi will organize fireworks displays at 30 locations, including six high-range fireworks displays and 24 low-range ones. Six high-range fireworks displays will be set off at Hoan Kiem lake, Lac Long Quan flower garden in Tay Ho district, My Dinh National Stadium in Nam Tu Liem district, Uncle Ho and Uncle Ton statue at Thong Nhat park in Hai Ba Trung district, Van Quan lake in Ha Dong district, and Son Tay ancient citadel in Son Tay town. Low-range fireworks displays will be set off in 24 other districts.

Fireworks will be set off at Nguyen Van Troi bridge, the area in front of Lien Chieu and Hoa Vang district administration centers in the central city of Da Nang.

In Hoi An ancient city, the central province of Quang Nam, fireworks will be put off at An Hoi statue garden.

In the central highlands of Lam Dong province, low-range fireworks displays will be held at three places, including Xuan Huong lake in Da Lat city, Dong Nai lake in Bao Loc district, and Duc Trong stadium in Duc Trong district.

While in Ho Chi Minh City, there will be one high-range fireworks display at the tunnel area crossing Sai Gon river and five low-range ones at Dam Sen cultural park in district 11, ethnic cultural and historical park in district 9, Can Gio district, Cu Chi tunnels, and Hiep Phuoc industrial zone in Nha Be district./.
