Hanoi Dance Festival 2019 to take place in late June

Six dance performances by Vietnamese choreographers living in Germany, Switzerland and Vietnam, a Vietnamese-French choreographer and a Scottish choreographer, will be featured at Hanoi Dance Festival 2019 at the Youth Theatre in Hanoi from June 28th to 30th.

All contemporary dance pieces performed at the festival will showcase the unique features of the diverse culture of each country.
The festival will be held by the Goethe-Institute in cooperation with the Vietnam National Opera and Ballet and L’Espace to create a playground for young and talented choreographers, promote new ideas and strengthen diverse multidisciplinary collaborations between local and international choreographers and artists working in different cultural contexts.
It will be also an opportunity for the Vietnamese audience to explore and discover aesthetic values and impressions of contemporary dance./.
