48 paintings on revolutionary war are on display at an exhibition which has opened at the Vietnam Fine Arts Museum in Hanoi.
The exhibition is being held by the Vietnam Fine Arts Museum to mark the 70th anniversary of Vietnamese Fallen and Wounded Soldiers’ Day (July 27th).
The paintings were chosen from the Fine Arts Museum’s collection of works on the topic of revolutionary wars, and reflect the painters’ authentic views on the wars.
They depict the spirit of Vietnamese soldiers and people during war, and life on the home front where wives and mothers made silent sacrifices in their contributions to the ultimate triumph.
The exhibition will run until July 30th.
