The event aims to popularize and widely introduce traditional gastronomy quintessence of Hanoi and different countries to local people and tourists.

Hanoi’s traditional dishes like com Me Tri (Me Tri young rice), tra sen Ho Tay (Ho Tay lotus tea), banh cuon ba Hoanh (ba Hoanh steamed rolled pancake) and bun oc Phu Dong (Phu Dong rice noodle soup with fresh water snails) will be introduced.

As many as 25 booths will provide dishes from Argentina, Australia, China, France, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Laos and Peru, including empanada of Argentina, Columbian salad, Indonesian satay and Peru’s quinoa salad.

In the framework of the event, there will be artistic performances to introduce specific cultural characteristics and fine traditions of Hanoi and different countries in the world.

Folk games will be also held./.
