An exhibition featuring images of Uncle Ho with people from northwestern groups opened on May 5th in Son La province.

This is part of activities to mark the 60
th anniversary since the day Uncle Ho and the central delegation paid a working visit to the northwestern region, which will be held in Son La on May 7
th.
The 350 photos and precious documents show President Ho Chi Minh’s biography and revolutionary career; Uncle Ho with Son La - northwestern region and Son La – northwestern region with Uncle Ho; and the achievements of Son La over the past 60 years of implementation of Uncle Ho’s teachings.
The large-scale and well-prepared exhibition helps the audience have deeper understanding about President Ho Chi Minh’s biography and career, as well as his great contributions to the nation.
It also provides an overall picture on the local economic, cultural, social, defence and security situation.
Besides the exhibition at the northwestern square in Son La city, it will also be held in three locations where Uncle Ho visited 60 years ago, including Thuan Chau, Yen Chau and Moc Chau districts./.
