International art exchange welcoming lunar New Year 2018

The event was considered as a gift for Vietnamese delegates and international friends working in Vietnam, contributing to strengthening the solidarity and friendship between Vietnam and other countries.

It drew the participation of leaders of committees, central agencies, Hanoi City, representatives from embassies, international organizations and non-governmental organizations, foreign students in Vietnam and foreigners working in Hanoi.

According to Ms. Nguyen Lan Huong, Head of the Commission for Mass Mobilization of Hanoi City Party Committee, and head of the Hanoi Union of Friendship Organizations, 2017 was a brilliant year for foreign affairs. Many international events took place in Hanoi, especially the APEC Vietnam Year. Many bilateral and multi-lateral relations between Hanoi capital and other countries, territories, localities and organizations have been established and raised to new heights. The support of international friends helped to achieve these achievements.

On behalf of international friends, Mr. Jorge Rondon Uzcategui, Ambassador of Venezuela, Head of Diplomatic Mission in Vietnam sent to Vietnamese people a new year of peace, prosperity, happiness and success. He believed that in 2018, the union would be further developed./.
