Muong ethnic cultural festival 2020

The event will be held by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to honour and promote the traditional cultural values of the Muong ethnic group to domestic and international friends, contributing to tourism development.

This will be also an opportunity for artisans and practitioners of heritage to share experiences in preserving and promote cultural identities, meeting the demand for national sustainable development.

Diverse activities such as mass arts performance, shows of ethnic traditional clothes, performances of Muong ethnic gongs and traditional craft weaving will be held during the event.

Especially, there will be an exhibition on Muong ethnic cultural characteristics in the cultural community of ethnic groups in Vietnam, sports activities and folk games. Many activities will be broadcast live on Vietnam Television./.
