National Chau Van and Van singing festival in Hue

Luring the participation of artisans and artists from provinces and cities nationwide, this is a cultural activity in the framework of Hue Festival 2018 to honour, popularize and promote artistic values of Chau Van and Van singing in Mother Goddesses worshipping which was recognised by UNESCO as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

It contributes to improve authorities and the community in the preservation and promotion of the folk singing style in exchange, integration and development. This is an opportunity for artists and artisans to meet and exchange their experience, and promote solidarity among localities.
