Over 1,000 objects on ancient towers of My Son digitalized

The Management Board of My Son World Cultural Heritage in central Quang Nam province has completed the digitalization of over 1,000 objects found in the excavation and restoration of towers at the heritage site.

The digitalization aims to improve service for the preservation and restoration of the heritage with the input of experts from Italy and India.
According to Phan Ho, head of the management board, the digitalization is one of outstanding results of international cooperation to preserve the world heritage.
Apart from the Italian Government, experts from India have also helped to upgrade K and H tower group. During the restoration, experts discovered a route under K tower and many valuable objects.
All newly-discovered objects will be digitalized to carefully preserve and better serve the restoration of the My Son ancient towers./.
