The Book Street Festival 2020, themed “The miracle from books”, will take place along Ho Chi Minh city’s main streets from January 22nd to 28th.

The streets where the festival will take place, include Mac Thi Buoi, Nguyen Hue and Ngo Duc Ke.
The 10th festival will focus on an exhibition themed “Saigon - Ho Chi Minh city in the national liberation revolution (1930-1975)”, which will display over 300 valuable documents and images, including some documents published for the first time.
On this occasion, more than 60,000 books will be displayed. In addition, various activities will be organized such as exhibition themed “DK1 frame-house - 30 years at sea”, spring newspaper exhibition, an exhibition on socio-economic achievement of Ho Chi Minh City, and a space for the model of multi-size books combined with LED lights.
Visitors will also find good books on Vietnamese traditional customs on Lunar New Year Festival (Tet), Tet paintings and many other excellent publications.
The cultural event aims to serve the spiritual life of people and tourists during Tet holidays, thus improving reading culture and create a relaxing space for people./.
