The Hanoi city Women’s Union has launched a photo contest on the beauty of the capital women to mark the 65th anniversary of capital liberation (October 10th) and the 89th and the 89th founding anniversary of the Vietnam Women’s Union (October 20th).

The contest aims to honor the beauty of the capital women through the images in daily life, study and labour, contributing to preserving the culture of Hanoians who are elegant, civilized and advanced and improving awareness and responsibility of the community in gender equality.
The Organizing Committee will select works which have profound meaning in content and are rich in arts.
It is open to people who are citizens of the capital and have permanent or temporary residence in Hanoi.
Entries, taken in Hanoi since 2018, are a single coloured or black and white photos which have not won any award or participated in any photo contest locally and internationally. Each photo must contain a full caption, up to 80 words.
Each author can send up to three photos and only use one name and one address to send photos. Deadline is September 5th, 2019./.
