Nearly 150 documents, maps and objects on Dien Bien Phu historical victory are on display at an exhibition which opened at Museum of Dien Bien Phu Victory on April 19th.

The archival exhibition was held by the National Archives of Vietnam, Dien Bien provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Vietnam Military History Museum to mark the 65th anniversary of the victory (May 7th).

The event aims to provide authentic and objective sources of history, helping researchers and the public have a basis for the assessment of the victory and making practical contribution to educating the tradition of patriotism and unification.
The exhibition titled "Dien Bien Phu - The Golden Epic" will run until May 10th./.
