As many 68 photos on Vietnam - Cuba solidarity and friendship are on display at an exhibition which opened in Ho Chi Minh (HCM) city on October 15th.

Photos reflects important milestones in the Vietnam - Cuba friendship, cooperation and solidarity, including mutual visits by the two countries’ Party and State leaders, activities to tighten the bilateral relations, images of Vietnamese and Cuban women and children with Presidents Ho Chi Minh and Fidel Castro; the culture, land and people of Cuba, as well as cultural and art exchange activities between the two peoples.

The event was held by HCM city Union of Friendship Organizations in coordination with Vietnam - Cuba Friendship Association in HCM city and Consulate General of the Republic of Cuba in HCM city to mark the 58th founding anniversary of Vietnam - Cuba diplomatic ties; the 150th year of Cuba Culture Day (October 20th); the 88th founding anniversary of Vietnam Women's Union (October 20th).

The exhibition will run at HCM city Women’s Cultural House at No.192-194 Ly Chinh Thang street, precinct 9, district 3, until October 30th./
