These caves are also distributed at altitudes ranging from 44 metres to 600 metres above sea level, with the most common elevations from 200 metres to 350 metres. They are wet active caves and caves active in season, and dry caves which are not active.

The initial assessments of Management Board show that most of newly discovered caves are only in the scope of approaching study. There is a need for survey and further study of their values, for preservation and sustainable deployment.

With the addition of 44 new caves, researchers have now recorded a total of 405 caves in the Park./.
