The street festival themed ““The Quintessence of Hanoi - Converging and Shining” has been held on the pedestrian streets around Hoan Kiem to mark the capital’s ten-year boundary expansion.
The event which was held by Hanoi city Department of Culture and Sports in coordination with the Centre for Preservation and Development of Vietnamese Stage Arts attracted many Vietnamese and international tourists.
It drew the participation of 5,000 artists and audiences, who joined seven performance groups featuring folk arts, trade villages, the elderly, the youth, contemporary arts, and sports.
