The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism revises several articles in Circular 01

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has promulgated Circular 10/2016/TT-BVHTTDL to revise and remove several unsuitable articles in Circular 01/2016-BVHTTDL, to be effective on January 1st, 2017.
The articles are related to forbidding models and beauty-contest winners to take and popularize nude photos on the telecommunications network.

Specifically, Circular 10 removes Item 1, Article 3 of Circular 01 which regulates the behaviours of artistic performers, fashion performers, model and beauty contest winners. Accordingly, these people will not be bound by the regulation to ban taking and popularizing nude photos on the telecommunication network.
Circular 10 also removes other contents of Circular 01 on the content and form of project to organize model and beauty contests and cases not being permitted to organize these contests./.
