The Communist Party of Vietnam Online Newspaper on March 4th coordinated the High Command of Vietnam People’s Navy to organize the Truong Sa Spring 2019 program.
This annual activity aimed to glorify the will and great energy of officers and soldiers who are protecting national sovereignty; improve people’s awareness of the role on sovereignty over sea and islands; and express people’s sentiments for officers and soldiers.
