Vietnam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism: What's on this December

The highlight of December activities at the Vietnam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism will be the space for the highlands market to welcome New Year 2019.

The colorful market space of the northern mountainous provinces where people meet to exchange of goods and news, and other cultural activities will be re-enacted. Mong ethnic traditional handicrafts and Lao ethnic brocade weaving in Dien Bien province will be introduced as well as a Khang ethnic festival in Son La province.

Especially, visitors can enjoy a folk program which praises the homeland and introduce ethnic cultural identities.

In addition, daily and weekend activities and tourist programs will be held to introduce the culture and customs of 13 ethnic groups, contributing to promoting exchanges among ethnic groups, and attracting tourists to the village.

Activities will draw the participation of about 200 ethnic people, artists, actors and students./.
