Performances by artists from Vietnam Tuong (Classical Drama) Theatre have taken place in Indian in February at three cultural and political events.

They were the event to a welcome ceremony for Vietnamese Vice President Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh and her entourage who paid an official visit to India from February 11th to 13th, the 34th Surajkund International Crafts Mela-2020 and an international food and fashion exhibition.

Indian audiences at a performance
Performances were enthusiastically received by Indian audiences.
Director of the Vietnam Tuong Threatre Pham Tuan Ngoc, the tour was arranged by Vietnamese Ambassador to India Pham Sanh Chau.

This is the second time the theater artists return to perform in New Delhi. In 1995, the theater had an opportunity to introduce some unique classical excerpts./.
