Vietnamese Cultural Days in Cuba

Vietnamese Cultural Days in Cuban took place at Havana, Cuba from July 9th and 10th to introduce Cuban friends Vietnamese people through each Vietnam’s culture region.

Under the theme “Vietnamese cultural colours”, the event brings artistic performances imbued with Vietnamese culture and idenity.
The event started with singing and dance on Vietnam’s homeland, Quan ho folk singing, performances of traditional musical instrument and Hue royal music.
There are also artistic performances of Cham ethnic groups in central provinces of Ninh Thuan and Binh Thuan, and H’mong ethnic group in northern Vietnam.
In addition, performances of K’long put musical instrument and Central Highlands gongs is held together with dance and singing of people from the Central Highlands and south central Vietnam around the big fire next to Rong traditional house.
The event is performed by Vietnam Contemporary Art Theater under the artistic instruction of Outstanding Artist Quynh Trang./.
