Wearing Ao dai to work on every first Monday in Hue

Previously, the Provincial People's Committee successfully organized the scientific workshop "Hue - Ao Dai capital of Vietnam". The event attracted artists, intellectuals, researchers, and garment designers from inside and outside the province. It was considered of great significance in the context that the entire Party, authorities and people of Thua Thien - Hue are making efforts to successfully implement Resolution 54-NQ/TW of the Politburo on the construction and development of Thua Thien - Hue as a unique heritage city - a centrally-governed city on the basis of preserving and promoting international heritage and traditional cultural values.

The provincial Department of Culture and Information was assigned to research and implement the project "Hue - Ao dai capital of Vietnam". Currently, this unit is actively implementing many activities to prepare for the "Ao dai Festival", which is expected to be carried out after Vietnam successfully controls the COVID-19 pandemic.
