A special program on Xam singing (From street to stage) has taken place at Hanoi Cultural Exchange Center at No.50 Dao Duy Tu street, Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi.
It was carried out by Dinh Lang Viet group to introduce specific traditional culture quintessence and celebrate Vietnamese Cultural Heritage Day (November 23rd).
It drew the participation of artists such as People’s Artist Xuan Hoach, folklore artisan Dao Ba Linh and artisans from Hai Duong and Thanh Hoa provinces.
Researchers for folk culture and music also participated in watching the performance, which was free for visitors.
