Additional 10 enterprises earn high-quality Vietnamese goods for integration title

The recognition raised the total figure to 76, of which 66 enterprises were granted certificates by the High-quality Vietnamese Goods Enterprises Association. 

The newly-recognized enterprises include: Ngoc Lien Production - Trade - Export Import Co. Ltd., Janbee JSC, Vietnam Food JSC, Trang An JSC, Lam Son sugarcane JSC, Long Hai Co. Ltd., Hai Au agricultural development JSC, Elovi Vietnam JSC, Ba Vi JSC, and Nestle Co. Ltd.   

Recently, the Ministry of Science and Technology has granted a certificate on the ownership right of the title for the Association. Based on the inheritance of existing regulations and practices in Vietnam, so far, the criteria has received mutual recognition of Ho Chi Minh city Food Safety Management Board and GMP+ international standard (livestock feed, a basic condition for organic meat). It was registered to be a member of GlobalGAP.     

Speaking at the event co-organized by the High-quality Vietnamese Goods Enterprises Association, Center for Business Studies and Assistance, and the project of high-quality Vietnamese goods for integration criteria, Deputy Minister of Science and Technology, Pham Cong Tac said that ensuring standards and quality for agricultural products plays the significant role to integrate internationally.

Vietnamese agricultural products competing in the world market not only helps boost the domestic economy, but also contributes to promoting social welfare by solving jobs for about 50% of workers.

On this occasion, prestigious lecturers also introduced their specific looks and works which should be promptly done to help Vietnamese enterprises build strategies towards long-term and sustainable exports./.
