Hanoi Customs Department announces hotlines

(CPV) - Hanoi Customs Department has set up hotlines for its leaders to receive complaints and petitions from businesses and citizens.
Besides, the hotlines of 12 sub-departments should be publicized at headquarters and official websites of the Hanoi Customs Department at http://www.hanoicustoms.gov.vn/Default.aspx

Accordingly, businesses and citizens can call directly to Head of Hanoi Customs Department Nguyen Van Truong 0913.220.993; Vice Head Nguyen Van Hong in charge of smuggling and violation tackling 0903.451.924; Vice Head Le Ngoc Khiem in charge of export-import tax 0913.217.642; Vice Head Van Ba Tin in charge of after customs clearance 0903.424.398; Vice Head Tran Quoc Dinh in charge of custom management supervision 0983.464.766; and Vice Head Nguyen Truong Giang in charge of custom control 0903.420.868.
The Department also said that it will receive citizens at its headquarters at No.129 Nguyen Phong Sac street, Cau Giay district, during normal working hours on all working days.
This is part of the plan to accelerate administrative procedure reform, tighten administrative discipline and erase negative phenomena in order to facilitate import-export activities while ensuring State management in the realm./.
