Ho Chi Minh City develops industrial infrastructure in 2020-2045

The Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee has assigned the Department of Planning and Architecture to complete the project of developing industrial infrastructure in the 2020-2045 period.

Accordingly, several industrial parks (IPs) and export processing zones (EPZs) are planned to be hi-tech industrial parks (automation, using robot technique, software, design technology and specialized control.)
The project includes building scheme and plan of using land in every period (5 years, 10 years, 20 years, and until 2045); gives priority to land funds for industrial infrastructure development; and orients areas for development of industrial infrastructure in the future.
Existing industrial parks will also be upgraded, and incentives will be offered to encourage investment in the parks./.
