The two-day event features diverse exhibit categories such as food, drinks and beverages; dairy products; meat & poultry, bakery & confectionery equipment; bar, coffee & beverage equipment; food service & catering equipment; cleaning and washing equipment; and more.
This year’s exhibition witnessed the participation of 6 international kiosks, including Taiwan (China), Russia, the US, Singapore, Spain and Italy. Of this, kiosks from Italy have the biggest exhibiting area, while the US has the biggest number of participating exhibitors.

More than a product showcase, the event also hosts concurrent educational programs and industry competitions attracting attendance from hundreds of chefs and bartenders, with evaluation by prestigious international examiners.
Besides, there are two helpful workshops organized simultaneously: “Barista Workshop” and “Gelato Workshop” with short term training about coffee-making and gelato-making skills.
