This year’s exhibition will attract the participation of more than 510 leading exhibitors in the field of food industry and technology, from 31 countries and territories.
Of this, 20 countries and territories, such as Australia, France, Denmark, the Republic of Korea, Portugal, Spain, Taiwan (China), the US, Turkey and Canada, will arrange individual kiosks to introduce processing technologies.
Covering about 10,000 square meters of hall space, the event will present exhibit categories such as food, drinks and beverages; dairy products; meat and poultry, bakery and confectionery equipment; bar, coffee & beverage equipment; food service and catering equipment; and cleaning and washing equipment.
On the sidelines, the exhibition will include international conferences focused on special subjects promoting Vietnam’s gastronomy value in shaping and developing Ho Chi Minh city tourism in the new period, the investment and business of hotels in Vietnam, and food quality, hygiene and safety.
The previous edition of Food and Hotel Vietnam in 2015 attracted 470 exhibitors from 36 countries and regions, and 13,373 trade attendees. Amongst them were more than 250 buyer delegations from major local and regional establishments such as BigC, Cambodia Air Caterers, Cambodia Sunway Hotel, Circle K, Intercontinental Asiana Saigon, KFC, Lotte Mart, Metro Cash & Carry, New World Hotel, Nikko Hotel Saigon, NYDC, Paradise Hotels and Resorts, Passio Coffee, Saigon Co.op, Shop&Go, The Cliff Resort and Vietnam Air Caterers./.
