Accordingly, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development will take over three programs for sustainable seafood economic development, sustainable forestry development and agricultural economic restructuring, and natural disaster mitigation and prevention for the stability of inhabitants lives. Total capital for the programs is over VND638.782 trillion.
The Ministry of Health will own two programs on health-population and investing and developing local health systems, with implemented capital of over VND42.913 trillion.
The Ministry of Public Security will manage a program on ensuring transport safety and order, fire fighting and prevention, crime and drugs prevention, with capital of over VND9.227 trillion.
The Ministry of National Defence will preside over the program of the defence industry realizing Resolution 06-NQ/TW of the Politburo, with capital of over VND27.229 trillion.
The Ministry of Planning and Investment will carry out four programs on national defence and security in key areas; socio-economic development in different areas; and infrastructure investment in coastal economic zones, border gate economic zones, industrial zones, industrial clusters, hi-tech parks and hi-tech agricultural zone. The four programs will be carried out with total capital of over VND281.922 trillion.
The Ministry of Education and Training will handle a target program on education in mountainous areas, ethnic minority areas and difficult areas, with capital of VND5.1 trillion.
The Ministry of Labor, War-Invalids and Social Affairs will implement two programs on vocational education, jobs and labor security and developing social support systems, with capital of over VND27.175 trillion.
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism will run two programs on cultural development and tourism infrastructure development, with capital of over VND48.267 trillion.
The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment will realize two programs on absolutely tackling establishments which caused serious environmental pollution and dealing with climate change and green growth, with capital of over VND20.514 trillion.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade will manage a target program on providing power for rural areas, mountainous areas and islands, with capital of over 30.186 trillion.
The Ministry of Information and Communications will implement a program on information technology, with capital of VND7.92 trillion.
