VND200 billion to support start-up businesses in rural areas

The Vietnam Cooperative Alliance and Institute of Vietnam Organic Agricultural Economics have announced a start-up program for young intellectuals and youth in rural areas.

Van Thinh Phat group, Saigon Peninsula Investment JSC and their partners mobilized VND200 billion to finance the first phase of the program.

In the upcoming time, the Coordinators Committee will continue to call on other agencies to join.

The money will be managed by Sai Gon Joint Stock Commercial Bank and will be disbursed for cases in accordance with criteria of the organizers.

Together with assisting young people to borrow preferential credit loans and provide interest rate assistance, the program will help young start-up businesses improve production capacity and administration./.
