VNPT establishes IT subsidiary

Accordingly, VNPT officially established a subsidiary called VNPT Information Technology (IT) on the basis of reorganizing information technology tasks. VNPT IT has its own seal and operates as a branch with more than 1,000 staff.  

Mr. Ngo Dien Hy, General Director of VNPT Media, was appointed as General Director of VNPT IT.

Together with the establishment of VNPT IT, the group also announced decisions appointing other personnel positions. Specifically, Mr. Duong Thanh Long, Deputy General Director of VNPT Technology was appointed as General Director of VNPT Media.

In addition, VNPT also announced the restructure of international business activities of VNPT International in the direction of separating Vinasat 1 and Vinasat 2 into VNPT Net Corporation, and transferring the rest to VNPT Vinaphone since April 1st./.
