ASEAN flag hoisting held in Greece

This year, the ASEAN flag hoisting ceremony also aimed to mark nearly two years since the establishment of the ASEAN community and the 40^th year of the ASEAN - EU dialogue relationship, which shows the shared values, consensus and sustainable development of the association.

Addressing the ceremony, ASEAN members’ Ambassadors stressed that over the past 50 years, ASEAN has become a very successful regional organization which sees dynamic development, strict cooperation and close relations with many countries and leading organizations in the world.

“The ASEAN flag hoisting ceremony honors the shared values and commitments in promoting solidarity and cooperation among ASEAN members,” they said./.
