Flag hoisting marks 51st anniversary of ASEAN

To mark the 51st anniversary of ASEAN’s establishment (August 8th), on August 8th, the Vietnam Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) held an ASEAN flag hoisting, with the participation of Deputy Prime Minister and MOFA Minister Pham Binh Minh, representatives from ministries and agencies, as well as foreign ambassadors and international organizations in Vietnam.
