The Japanese Logitem Group on April 25th inaugurated a modern logistics center which was said would help welcome opportunities and potential in the city.

According to Mr. Hirotake Nakanishi, President of Logitem Group, the inauguration of the Da Nang logistics center marks 25 years of its operation in Vietnam with many successes in production and business, opening more opportunities for development. “The Logitem Group trusts in the development of the logistics sector in Da Nang city,” he said.

Built on an area of nearly 20,000 square metres, the center satisfies transport activities and serves as entrepot of goods in Vietnam. It also helps create jobs for labourers and contribute to Da Nang city’s economic development.

Addressing the inauguration ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Da Nang city People’s Committee said that the Logitem Company Vietnam had confirmed its position as a pioneering company in logistics and would develop further as Da Nang city is establishing a large logistics center for the central and Central Highlands region./.
