Vietnam - Russia Youth Forum 2019

The forum aims to contribute to strengthening the education of Vietnam - Russia friendship traditions for young people of the two countries, raising awareness of traditional friendship relations and comprehensive strategic partnerships between the two countries; promoting exchanges, understanding and sharing experiences in the implementation of youth movements in Vietnam and the Russian Federation; promoting the implementation of cooperation programs, projects and initiatives between the agencies in charge of youth of Vietnam and the Russian Federation. It will be also an opportunity to promote the image of Vietnam and its people as well as achievements after more than 30 years of innovation.

Accordingly, the delegation of 50 Russian youth delegates led by Mr. Alexander Bugayev, head of the Russian Federal Agency on Youth Affairs, will participate visit President Ho Chi Minh’s mausoleum and relics sites at the Presidential Palace; take part in seminar on the role of young generation of the two countries in developing the traditional friendship relationship between Vietnam and the Russian Federation; share experiences in implementing youth movements (especially young volunteer movement for the community, economic development and joining hands to build new rural areas).

The delegates also spend time meeting and exchanging typical characters association with the development history of Vietnam - Russian Federation ties; visit local historical and cultural relics, economic establishments, especially those associated with the history of friendship between the two countries; visit institutions for children in Vietnam.

The Russia - Vietnam Youth Forum is scheduled to take place from September 24th to October 1st in Moscow and Saint Petersburg./.
