The assistance included USD30,000 in cash and medical materials which consisted of 2,000 sets of clothes, 20,000 face masks, nearly 600 litres of hand-washing liquid, 50,000 medical gloves and 225 kilograms of Chloramine.

During the hand-over ceremony, Mr. Liem shared Binh Duong’s results in COVID-19 prevention. Accordingly, thanks to isolation measures, no COVID-19 patients have been reported in the province. Meanwhile, it has focused on supporting residents in stabilizing their lives; and supporting businesses to resume their production and operations.

“We want to ease the difficulties of Kratie province to increase its effective prevention of COVID-19, so that the two provinces’ residents will resume normal trade activities and stable lives,” he said.

Noting that Kratie had not reported any cases of COVID-19, Vathon, the Cambodia province’s chief, expressed his thanks to Binh Duong province for supporting its fight against COVID-19. “The province will facilitate the support for contributing to stabilizing people’s lives,” he added./.
