During the meeting, the outstanding followers stressed the exemplary role of Party members in studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style.

Addressing the meeting, Pham Hong Son, Secretary of the district Party Committee, noted encouraging results after 4 years of implementation of the Politburo Directive on increasing the studying and following of President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style.

Accordingly, Party organizations have connected the following of Uncle Ho’s example with building the Party, carrying out political-economic-social tasks and Party resolutions, overcoming weaknesses, and struggling against degradation of political ideology, morality and lifestyle.

As a result, the district’s economy has continued to grow; political security and social order and safety have been maintained; national defense and security are ensured. Meanwhile, there has been a higher sense of responsibility and awareness in practicing public moral standards among cadres and Party members.

Along with that, the responsibility of the leader has been raised by building and implementing personal plans to study and follow Uncle Ho’s example, with a focus on boosting administrative reform, best serving people, applying technology, and being creative at work.

According to Mr. Son, 26 honored collectives are those with solidarity and high sense of discipline that regularly researched, created and applied new technologies at work.

Meanwhile, 76 individuals are cadres and Party members from armed forces, workers, intellectuals and normal people, who devote themselves at work./.
