About 80 businesses from Ho Chi Minh City will participate in the exhibition “Vietnamese goods week in Thailand” 2019, which is scheduled to take place at Big C Super Centre in Bangkok from October 23rd – 27th.

After that, about 50 businesses of the city will join the “Vietnamese Festival in Melbourne, Australia” 2019 from November 24th – 28th.

According to Ms. Nguyen Huynh Trang, Deputy Head of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Industry and Trade, this is the first time the municipal Department of Industry and Trade will have organized trade promotion events for local businesses in foreign markets. Goods to be displayed at the events include consumer goods, garment and textile, processed food and travel services of prestigious businesses Phong Phu Corporatio, 28 Corporation One Member Limited Liability Company, Nha Be Corporation, Chi Thanh Plastic Company, Saigon Food, NutiFood, Duy Tan Plastic, and Vinamit.

The two events aim to support businesses to develop their markets in 2019./.
